Ibiza Opening Parties 2010

So... January is over, our bank balances are feeling a little bit healthier and we're starting to look towards Ibiza 2010.

After last year saw the re-opening of DC10 in October and the emergence of some of our new favourite venues to party, such as Ushuaia and BoHo, 2010 is set to be ten times bigger with a host of announcements and leaks to the press about what we might be in store for. You can garuantee one thing for sure - this year is going to be BIG. Whilst Ibiza's faithful Pacha is open all year round, all other clubs are sure to open with one hell of a spectacular party; why deviate from the norm, eh?

Of course we'll keep you updated with full DJ line-ups as and when they're released, but for those looking to get their flights booked up asap, here are the dates for 2010 we're working with so far:

Thursday 27th May
F*** Me I'm Famous at Pacha

Friday 28th May
Ibiza IMS final outdoor party. Details TBA, but this year is not one to be missed.

Saturday 29th May
The Zoo Project Opening at Gala Night
Ushuaia Opening ft. Luciano at Ushuaia Beach Club

Sunday 30th May
Space Opening party (not 100% confirmed but we're pretty sure on this one)

Monday 31st May
Circo Loco Opening at DC10 (we hope!)

Tuesday 8th June
Ibiza Rocks at Ibiza Rocks Hotel

Saturday 12th June
Amnesia Opening

Sunday 13th June
Judgement Sundays Opening at Eden

Monday 14th June
Cocoon Opening at Amnesia

Friday 25th June
Wonderland Opening at Eden

WORD ON THE IBIZA GRAPEVINE...
Ibiza top-dogs are keeping their cards close to their chests as always, but we have come to expect surprise after surprise from the guys at the top and no doubt that 2010 will be no exception. Of course the true sign that Ibiza is REALLY open for business is when Space holds their infamous opening party, usually held on the last Sunday of May, although with last year seeing closing party dates moving at short notice and a few change-arounds of parties, who knows WHAT to expect from this year.

And of course, true to Ibiza form, there are numerous whispers circulating on the white Isle. We can't confirm if they're true until we hear anything further, but they are pretty exciting to say the least...

...Circo Loco are back doing Mondays at DC1? OK OK, so everything is pointing to this being confirmed, but powers that be at Circo Loco HQ are the kings of keeping things under wraps. Fingers crossed...

...Luciano running a Cadenza residency throughout the season?

...Hed Kandi is leaving Space and returning to it's home San An for a return to Eden?
