I went to Ibiza about 9 years ago with a bunch of friends. I found it dirty and seedy. however I went last month and was pleasantly suprised! yes its still crazy but its not as dirty and it seems theres more range of clubs for differant tastes now.

It' definitely changed. Obv it depends where you stay, but some bits are really really nice. When I say to people at work that I go to Ibiza every year on holiday, they normally turn their nose up but what they don't realise is that it's not seedy and dirty like people make out, it's a beautiful island and i love it!! We need to show everyone what it's really like... altho i don't want too many people knowing the secret, lol xx

I totally agree with vicky. there are so many hidden pleasures to be had in Ibiza and people who havn't been there should not judge. I would quite happily have a family holiday there. The island offers the best for both worlds clubbers and families alike.

There is so much to do other than clubbing.First you must go diving, there are many excellent and qualified diving schools located around the island offering courses from Beginner up to Advanced. Also see the caves BEAUTIFUL! and I recommend going on a boat tour: boat charter companies offer excursions all over the island and you can see the coastline. again absolutly amazing. theres so much to do there and I think people go clubbing then sleep all day and miss the day time beauty of the island.

I was on a sailboat once and it was too rocky for me and quite small so wasn't relaxing. Luka can you tell me more about your sailboat. How many people can you get on it? and you say its 800 per week, how long each day would that be for?

Just had my first taste of Ibiza and i'm already pricing next year. Only did 3 of the super clubs and one boat trip therefore choosing to miss out on events at ibiza rocks, bora bora beach and a few of the other super clubs. I was blown away simply by the atmosphere of the place... a few mellow drinks through the day, then catching the sunset, then on to the west end and/or one of the big clubs. I guess the point of this post is... Is there anything in Ibiza that just SHOULD NOT be missed? Or is there simply no right or wrong way to have a ball in Ibiza? I guess i just want to talk about the place, lol.

What can you say about the clubs in Ibiza, they are simply the best in the world. Eden and Es Paradise in san antonio are my fav. The water works in Es Paradise are amazing and you will not find that anywhere else. they flood the club...it sounds scary. no really, the middle section gets flooded and you dance, swim, sink all in one.!!
