This section of the website gives you an insight into all things Ibiza travel. Ibiza's international airport is 8km (5miles) from Ibiza Town and is the most common route of arrival. Most airlines fly direct from a wide selection of European cities (see the Ibiza flights section). The cheapest flights from the UK are from airports served by low cost airlines. Ibiza travel from mainland Spain the cities of Barcelona and Valencia serve the island well however there are many more Spanish cities you can fly from in Spain (see flight section). You can get particularly good Ibiza travel deals in low season or if you book well in advance. Cheap flights on airlines such as Air Europa are available from Malaga and Madrid. Ferries to Ibiza also run from these cities and from Dénia on the coast between Valencia and Alicante. You can buy tickets in advance from one of the many Ibiza travel ferry companies providing this service. A Ibiza travel departure tax applies when flying out of Spain, but this is included in the price of the ticket.

Once you arrive in Ibiza the best way to get around the island is by car, and there are several rental companies at the airport, in Ibiza Town and other main resorts. If you would rather use public transport, a regular bus service connects the airport with Ibiza Town, where you can get buses to the rest of the island. You can get boats and water-taxis between the different resorts which is always a nice way of seeing the islands coastline. Look no further for all your Ibiza travel needs!
