Situated to the north of Ibiza Town and set in a spectacular fjord-like inlet, the bay of Cala Longa boasts crystal clear shallow waters and fine creamy coloured sands. Cala Longa is a small family resort popular with both British and German tourists who like to be near the action but also enjoy some peace and quiet. Here you will find a good choice of hotels, bars and restaurants but not on the same scale as the larger resorts. You are unlikely to find a nightclub here so do not expect a late night scene.

The bay is 300m wide and ideal for families with its shallow waters. There are plenty of beachside facilities, including sunbeds, umbrellas, pedalos and watersports.

If you enjoy a round of golf then Cala Llonga is the perfect location housing the island’s only golf course. Other activities to be enjoyed in the area include horse-riding and walking.

If you do not want to venture out during your holiday you could happily spend all your time in Cala Llonga, watching the day go by.  Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia are very close-by, however, if you do fancy getting out and about.  There are two bus services between Cala Longa and Santa Eularia from May to October (Mon to Fri).
