San Antonio Bay starts just east from Punta des Moli and heads west to Port de Torrent. The bay area is generally more laid back than Ibiza town although you will still find plenty of bars and restaurants. There are many large Ibiza hotels lining the coastline and there are one or two small beaches. Gradually as you head around the bay the area becomes a little less built-up.

You tend to find plenty of English and German package holiday makers and people on last minute deals residing in the bay area. Although the area is very touristy, it tends to attract families as it is less raucous than the town of San Antonio itself.

There is a regular bus service into San Antonio and you will find stops along the main road that runs parallel with the coastline. San Antonio Bay has a few small clubs where you will often find the prices very reasonable compared to other parts of the island. You will find there are plenty of terrace bars offering live music shows until midnight before the licensing laws mean that the party has to continue indoors.
