AMANTE IS BACK! Opening 1pm, Saturday 15th May

The Amante Beach Club and Restaurant has captured the hearts of many in Ibiza and is consistently considered as one of its true hidden gems. From the wonderfully rich flavours in an outstanding menu and the much-loved Arroz Con Bogavante (Lobster Risotto), to the delicious cocktail menu and truly wonderful surroundings, Amante is pleased to announce it’s opening on May 15th 2010 from 1 pm.

Blending seamlessly into one of the most dramatic, untouched bays on the East cost, and in an Ibiza-designated area of natural beauty,Amante is blessed with all day sun as its path frames the bay. With views of Formentera and the odd dolphin paying the cove’s clear blue waters a visit, it quickly becomes obvious why ‘Amante’ meaning ‘lover’, is so special.

Rustic restaurant tables over look the bay, but if you’re just too comfortable on one of the sumptuous day beds on the sandy terrace below, we’ll bring the fine cuisine to you.  An on site masseuse is at your service this year, exclusively for restaurant guests and back by popular demand is the Amante Martini – a blend of Tanquery gin, fresh mint and lime juice. Unique to the restaurant, it’s a fabulous burst of refreshing flavours at the end of a lazy, sun drenched afternoon and perfect aperitif before dinner.

Amante sources the freshest, highest quality ingredients daily to provide an exciting menu that speaks volumes about the restaurants commitment to excellence.  Exceptional service is at the heart of the Amante philosophy and families are always welcome. The natural, unaffected atmosphere and its spectacular location has earned it  an international reputation as the wedding destination of choice.

David Piccioni, DJ and brain behind the hugely respected and successful Azuli Records created this dream hideaway to bring to Ibiza a high quality food experience, away from the frenzy of the Summer crowds, which is warm, inviting, and where you can stay all day should you wish. A place where once you get there, you don’t want to leave.

The opening party takes place on May 15th from 1pm. Food of the day is a gourmet BBQ, delivering monkfish skewers, lamb cutlets and Ibicencan filet of pork cooked just how you like it. With a glass of cava and some warm Ibizan sun, it will be easy to understand how Amante has earned its name.....

From May to October Amante Beach Club will open daily from 11am till 1am. 
Lunch service between 1pm and 5pm
Dinner service from 8pm till 1am.
A small menu will be available between services.
