1 Mountain bike trails... Ibiza has a fantastic selection of 21 tried-and-tested routes covering every corner of the island. These are graded from Green (nine miles/one to two hours) to Blue, Red and Black (53 miles/eight hours) and include route directions that can be downloaded to a GPS. 2 Paintball Lounge Party... Located in the old Zoo, now known as Gala Night, the Paintball Lounge Party has a 12,000sqm paintball ‘war zone’ set within a 50,000m2 site. 3 Go Karting... There is a go kart track just outside San Antonio and another one on the Ibiza Town to Santa Eulalia Road offering an action packed fun few hours for kids and adults alike. With a circuit longer than 300 metres, thrill seekers will be more than satisfied. Ibiza's coastal waters are one of the island’s true marvels and as pristine and perfect as you will find anywhere in the Mediterranean, even around the major resorts of San Antonio and Ibiza Old Town. This is in part due to the de-polluting presence of one of the largest colonies of Posidonia (Neptune grass) on the planet. One strand is more than five miles long and at least 100,000-years-old, making it the oldest living organism in the world. Crystal-clear waters and uninhabited islands like Tagomago off the east coast make Ibiza an excellent diving location. 6 Horse Riding... The island's true spirit is quickly revealed when you get off the beaten track, but few modes of transport are as magical as horseback. There are four horse riding centres to choose from, near Sanit Miquel, Sant Joan, Santa Eularia and Santa Gertrudis. 10 Golf... Whilst there is only one golf course on the island, it is of a high quality and just 4 km north of Ibiza Town. Although Ibiza is not known as a golfing holiday destination, many visitors enjoy a day out on the golf course. The course is a private members club however you can pay and play. The green fee for one day costs around 70 euros and you can hire an electric golf buggy for 25 euros.
